Items will be accepted with no hassle, as long as the following stipulations are met:

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund.
Farza Collections stands behind every product we sell.

No refunds will be given for items that are outside the return policy detailed below:

1. The customer has 14 days from the day their items(s) have been delivered to return them for a full refund. 
2. If returned for refund, the customer is responsible for shipping fee both ways. (no drop-offs).
3. All scarves must be in their original condition. 
4. No damaged or stained scarves will be accepted.
